How to Manage Pay Structures on Salario

Pay Structure in Salario is a flexible framework that breaks down employee salaries into different components such as basic pay, allowances, and bonuses. This enables clear, detailed salary management and ensures transparency and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

1. Click on your profile photo at the top right corner of the dashboard to open the menu
2. Select “Manage Pay Structure” from the dropdown
3. From the Pay Structure screen, you can:
   • Create a new Pay Structure by clicking “Add Pay Structure”
   • Update an existing Pay Structure by selecting “Update” next to it
   • Delete a Pay Structure by clicking “Delete”
